Return & Refund Policy

At PT Nas Karya Nusantara, every product is crafted with care, quality, and integrity. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance and personal care products, we apply a strict yet fair return policy to protect both our customers and product standards.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order only if:

• The product arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or defective

• You receive an incorrect product that does not match your order

All requests must be accompanied by clear photos and/or videos showing:

• The outer packaging

• The product condition

• The shipping label

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Opened, used, or tested products, including perfume liquid, solid perfume, and balm

• Products returned due to personal preference (scent, texture, or performance)

• Kits, bundles, merchandise, or mystery boxes

• International orders

• Orders without proper photo/video evidence

• Returns submitted after the 7-day period

This policy aligns with Shopee and Tokopedia regulations for cosmetic and fragrance products.

Return Process

To initiate a return request, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order:

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• For approved cases (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), return shipping costs will be fully covered by us

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds & Replacements

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved cases will be processed as a replacement (subject to availability), or

• A refund will be issued via the original payment method, following marketplace or payment gateway timelines

• PT Nas Karya Nusantara reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above

• This policy applies only to purchases made through official PT Nas Karya Nusantara channels, including our website and authorized marketplaces

• Product visuals and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible; minor differences in packaging or color may occur and do not qualify as defects
